The intercity station of Haarlem is within a 5-minute walking distance from the hotel. From the monumental train station Haarlem, you can be in Amsterdam Center in 15 minutes, reach Schiphol Airport in 25 minutes, and be in Zandvoort in 10 minutes. Also, during the season, a bus goes directly from Haarlem station to the Keukenhof.

De Ripperdastraat is easily accessible from the main access roads to the city.

Parking spaces are widely available on the street or around the hotel, but the rates for street parking in the city center are quite high. Therefore, it is most convenient to park in the Interparking parking garage under the station, a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Book your parking space in the Interparking in advance of your stay for the most favorable rate.

It is always possible to first drive up to the hotel to unload your belongings and check in. We have a permit that can temporarily be placed behind the windshield and gives you about 10 minutes of free parking time.

From Boutiquehotel STAATS you can cycle into Haarlem Centrum, be on the beach of Bloemendaal or Zandvoort in about half an hour (pedal hard), and enjoy wonderful day trips along National Park Zuid Kennemerland, the flower fields (in season), to Spaarndam or even to the Zaanse Schans.
We offer comfortable city bikes with gears for rent including on-road service in case of defects and collaborate with the bike rental in the city for e-bikes and children's bikes.

Bringing your own bike? 
If you come with your own bikes, that is of course also possible. Bicycles can be safely stored in the hotel's courtyard.
