• From what time may we check-in?

Our standard check-in time is at 3pm.
We can offer you a guaranteed check-in from 1pm for an additional € 22.50.
Leaving your luggage with us earlier is always possible, at no extra cost.

•  What are the parking options?

You can park in the street of the hotel. The costs are € 5.80 per hour daily from 09:00 to 23:00, and on Sundays from 13:00 to 23:00.
A more affordable option is possible at 2 minutes walking distance at Interparking Station Haarlem. You can reserve in advance online where the cost averages € 15.00 per 24 hours.
Free parking is available on the north side of town, from the Paul Krugerkade. This is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

• What is the best way to the airport?

From Schiphol Airport bus 300 is a direct connection to Haarlem station (2 minutes walk to the hotel). A taxi from Schiphol Airport to Boutiquehotel STAATS costs on average between € 60.00 and € 65.00 euro.

• Is there an airport shuttle available?

We do not have a shuttle to and from the airport. However, we can reserve a taxi for you (costs for your own account).

• Can you change the reservation date with a non-refundable reservation?

No, with non-refundable reservations it is no longer possible to change the date or cancel the reservation. With fully flexible reservations you can still change or cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before arrival.

• Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome at Boutiquehotel STAATS. However, there is a surcharge of € 22.50 per night. We will place a comfortable dog basket upon arrival. However, the dog must listen carefully to its owner, and is not allowed to be left alone in the room.

• Is there a bar?

The hotel has a living room; which is open from 07:00 to midnight for hotel guests. Here coffee, cappuccino, tea, cake/biscuits and (filtered sparkling and flat) water are available free of charge. We also have a 'Honesty Bar' where you can grab soft drinks, wines, beers, potato chips and spirits for a surcharge.
