*LINCHERIE
If you choose a box from Lincherie Haarlem, owner Kim will put together a surprise box with items selected especially for you, which you can try on at your leisure in the hotel room. Let Kim know what you do and do not want to keep and pay directly via a payment request from the store. The items you do not want to keep can simply be handed in at the Front Office, and Lincherie Haarlem will pick them up again.
When you book the Surprisebox from Lincherie Haarlem, you will receive a list from us on which you can fill in your personal information, such as your sizes and personal taste. With that information, Lincherie can get to work selecting a beautiful assortment for you. Team Staats will ensure that it is ready in the hotel room at the time of check-in.

GUARANTEE
We ask you to provide a credit card when booking, not only as a guarantee for the reservation, but also as a guarantee for the items in the surprise box.
Please hand in the items you do not buy at the Front Office at least one hour before checkout, so that we have the opportunity to check them briefly. Then you can leave quickly at checkout.
